Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered before or during the project.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside the website. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area. Pets and hazards must be secured before work begins. Any cancellation window will be communicated to you directly when your work is scheduled.
